Mango and Cardamon Overnight Oats Recipe

No cooking required! Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 ¼ cups of your favourite milk (we use almond or coconut milk but normal milk will work equally well)

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp ground cardamom


Method

Stir the ingredients together in a large bowl. Separate portions into bowls/ glass jars, cover and chill in the fridge overnight. In the morning, pour on a large serving of mango compote. Enjoy!
