Mango Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Smoothies are the perfect summer breakfast, and fantastic if you’re trying to up your fruit intake! The texture of these smoothie bowls also makes these a great healthy dessert, even for the kids, as they contain no refined sugar. We can’t get enough of them, especially when they’re this easy!
- Slice and freeze a large banana in the freezer.
- When ready to make your smoothie, blend your frozen banana with a cup of Exclusively Fruit Mango Compote. If using a hand blender, allow the frozen banana to soften slightly before blending.
- Swirl into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings – we like to use cacao nibs, nuts and berries!
