Our colleague Marged developed this recipe after getting major mum guilt for letting her young boys have jam on their toast every day and worrying about the sugar content – this seemed like a great way to let them have their jam, minus the refined sugar. Everyone is  happy! This 'jam' is supper simple and quick to make too!

Mixed Berry Chia Jam Recipe

1 cup Exclusively Fruit Mixed Berry Compote 

2 tsp Chia Seeds (available at most supermarkets)


Add the chia seeds to the mixed berry compote and stir. Pop in the fridge for at least an hour to allow to thicken. That’s it! This recipe works really well with our apricot compote too!
